We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Team Lead to join our team and work with one of our esteemed clients in the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead, manage and develop a team of HR professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to our client in the healthcare domain.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand their HR needs and develop strategic HR plans to support their objectives.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits programs.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to enhance HR processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with other John and Smith Solutions teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR services with our client's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working with clients in the healthcare domain is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in the designated UK schedule (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM).
