Key Responsibilities:
- Networking: Attend various networking activities to research and establish connections with potential clients.
- Client Retention: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with our existing clientele to ensure their continued association with our brand.
- Business Proposals: Craft compelling business proposals and contracts to secure more revenue opportunities from both existing and potential clients.
- Feedback Management: Regularly review client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement necessary service or product adjustments.
- Market Trends: Stay updated with consumption trends to ensure our offerings align with market demands and remain relevant.
- Lead Generation: Research potential new leads and stay informed about industry developments.
- Client Outreach: Proactively contact potential clients through various channels, including social media, phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure our offerings are tailored to meet client needs.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain and update our CRM systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Onboarding Oversight: Manage and oversee the entire client onboarding process across the organization, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze market trends and client feedback.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and other administrative tools.
