The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female leader, aged between 35 and 45, to take the helm of our Healthcare Client Operations division in the UK.  This is a high-impact role in which you'll be responsible for the seamless operations of a key client. Your exceptional management skills will ensure our reputation for delivering top-notch healthcare recruitment solutions.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Motivate and guide a skilled team of healthcare recruitment professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.

Rota & Scheduling Management: Develop and optimize workforce schedules to meet client demands and ensure optimal staffing levels.

Payroll & HR Operations: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, and support various HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Financial Oversight: Analyze operational costs, prepare budgets, and provide regular financial reports for informed decision-making.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong partnerships and addressing their needs proactively.

Qualifications Needed

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field. An advanced degree would be advantageous.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an operations management role, ideally within healthcare recruitment or a similar service-oriented industry. Proven experience in team leadership and a track record of successfully overseeing complex operational processes.
