Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team and support the financial operations of our growing eCommerce business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the wider finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Manage accounts payable and receivable operations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Reconcile account statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support budget preparation and financial analysis
- Maintain organized documentation of all financial activities
- Contribute to international finance operations and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience in eCommerce or retail finance preferred
- Added Advantage: Experience with Zero or QuickBooks accounting software
