Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.
  • Document and maintain business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support the identification and implementation of process improvements.
  • Assist with data collection, preparation of reports, and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in business process documentation.
  • Help organize meetings, trainings, and maintain related records.
  • Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies and standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for queries related to administrative procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any degree (discipline is not restricted).
  • Familiarity with administrative or business process documentation is a plus.
