Overview of the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Team Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT field, develop technical skills, and contribute to impactful projects within a supportive and engaging work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Support the IT team in developing and implementing new technology solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and provide recommendations.
- Help maintain cybersecurity measures and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in IT projects, providing support and contributing to their success.
- Document and update IT procedures and user manuals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics/ IT/ CS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and technical support abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IT-related software.
- Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
